This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for Revenue, providing analytical insights and fostering cross-functional collaboration to aid executive-level decision making.

• Spearhead comprehensive initiatives aimed at revenue growth.

• Create and execute revenue enhancement strategies in collaboration with operational and business development stakeholders.

• Lead negotiation strategies with payors and model contracts to optimize net revenue growth per visit.

• Oversee the creation and implementation of tailored Financial Analysis and Planning internal tools.

• Design custom Power BI and Power Query models to enhance financial and forecasting reports.

• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management on Chargemaster Data Management oversight.

• Conduct audits of Payor Fee Schedules and assess Self-Pay evaluations.

• Keep track of and analyze CMS Medicare guidelines and regulatory updates.

• Assess the financial and operational implications of CMS regulations on Behavioral Professional Services.

• Work alongside cross-functional leadership to analyze operational and VBC data.

• Convert complex financial trends into actionable corporate strategies.

• Engage in various projects and initiatives while performing additional tasks that support the team and its mission.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is required.

• Over 7 years of experience in an analytical capacity, like financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

• Familiarity with corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.

• A strong grasp of GAAP and both internal and external financial statements.

• Experience in financial modeling is essential.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• A solid understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deliverables.

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset suitable for a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of interacting with various management levels.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Capability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk as necessary.

• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, along with the capacity to adjust focus.
