• Enhance and bolster the Strategic Finance and FP&A functions at Imagine Pediatrics.
• Create and sustain comprehensive long-range financial forecasting models, scenario analyses, and valuation frameworks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and private equity sponsors to prepare materials for high-level discussions with stakeholders.
• Assist in the assessment of new payer partnerships, risk-based contract structures, and underwriting for deals.
• Support capital market initiatives, including raising equity and/or debt capital.
• Formulate business cases and ROI analyses for various operational investments.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and monthly performance reporting organization-wide.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and financial/operational scorecards.
• Strive for continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy through refined data structures and modeling techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable, although a quick-learning generalist is welcome. Familiarity with value-based care is a plus.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proficient Excel modeling skills, encompassing 3-statement modeling, dynamic forecasting, cohort analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing and developing analysts or associates; seeking a strong player/coach.
• Capacity to distill complex data into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting to executives and private equity stakeholders in high-pressure or fast-paced settings.
