Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the financial operations of Fliff’s organization.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial reports.

• Provide precise and timely financial documentation, including budgets, tax forms, month-end and year-end closing reports, and bank reconciliations.

• Develop and review monthly financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and other relevant financial reports.

• Analyze financial information and report on profitability, revenue growth, cash flow, and various essential financial metrics.

• Handle payroll processing and oversee contractor payments.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.

• Engage in ad hoc projects that support different functions and overall business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar discipline.

• Knowledge of financial reporting standards, such as GAAP or IFRS.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in interpreting financial data and recognizing trends and insights.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively across various departments.

• Self-motivated individual who can function with minimal supervision.
