Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist the Midwest Regional Finance Lead by acting as a Finance partner for the nine states within the region.

• Deliver comprehensive financial analysis.

• Engage in quarterly forecasting activities.

• Develop executive-level presentations for leaders of business segments.

• Create monthly closing packages.

• Analyze and report on forecast variances.

• Prepare and present financial outcomes to Medicare and Health Plan leaders during Monthly Operating Reviews.

• Conduct financial membership forecasts and review/input findings into actuarial gross-margin forecasts.

• Generate documents for Quarterly Business Reviews with Medicare Executive leaders.

• Represent the Midwest Region Finance team in various meetings.

• Offer guidance and contribute to initiative brainstorming.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar financial analysis role supporting business departments is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Experience with Medicare is preferred.

• Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase or OneStream is preferred.

• A Master's Degree in Business Administration is preferred.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the requirement for employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
