Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial and management reporting, cash flow management, tax compliance, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts, and reconciliations.

• Assist in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), forecasting, performance evaluation, and business collaboration, providing insights to enhance commercial decisions and optimize costs.

• Propel Finance transformation and automation initiatives by utilizing AI, GenAI, data, and technology to enhance efficiency, controls, and scalability.

• Recognize opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and enhance Finance operating models.

• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and business teams to implement scalable solutions.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate governance while coordinating with auditors and external advisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance, ACCA, or a comparable qualification with over 7 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in accounting, analytical thinking, financial modeling, and reconciliation techniques.

• Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A, or Finance transformation is highly regarded.

• Demonstrated interest and hands-on experience in AI, automation, data analytics, or financial systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with ERP, BI, or workflow automation is advantageous.

• Strong commercial insight, communication abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
