Finance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• As the Finance Lead, you will be responsible for managing the financial relationship with one of our largest strategic accounts.

• Lead the creation of annual and in-year client budgets in partnership with operational leaders and the finance teams of clients.

• Oversee rolling forecasts, which include monthly reforecasts, variance analysis, and the identification of financial risks and opportunities.

• Serve as the main finance contact for the client account, directly engaging with senior stakeholders in operations and finance.

• Offer financial insights to operations teams to assist with workforce planning, service delivery trade-offs, and productivity assessments.

• Define, document, and implement financial processes and standard operating procedures where necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive finance experience in a client-facing or account-based position, preferably encompassing budgets, forecasts, billing, and commercial support for large accounts or portfolios.

• Experience in services, managed services, or professional services with intricate delivery and billing models.

• Ability to work effectively across various stakeholders — including operations, commercial, sourcing, and client finance — and to facilitate communication among them.

• Strong judgment, a collaborative mindset, and the capability to engage confidently in discussions with senior clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferred professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

• Proficient in both French and English, with strong spoken and written skills.
