Finance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for all accounting functions: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, taxation, revenue operations, and month-end closing.

• Spearhead annual planning, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis.

• Oversee cap table management, equity compensation, and investor reporting.

• Assist in our Series A fundraising efforts.

• Develop financial models and forecasts as we enter new healthcare sectors.

• Eventually recruit and build your own team as we grow.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in finance, including 2-3 years in US SaaS companies.

• Experience in establishing a finance function at a startup (you have successfully navigated the 0→1 journey).

• Practical accounting skills combined with a strategic mindset - capable of closing books and creating Board presentations.

• Proficient in financial modeling for SaaS metrics (Annual Recurring Revenue, churn, Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value).

• Familiarity with US GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition is essential.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and take on multiple roles.
