Finance Expert – Investment Banking, PE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models from the ground up, which include LBOs, DCFs, operational frameworks, and analyses driven by transactions.

• Assess, enhance, and verify AI-generated financial insights, ensuring precision, logical coherence, and outputs of professional quality.

• Analyze deal-related scenarios, prompts, and deliverables, enhancing clarity, depth, and the overall quality of analysis.

• Work collaboratively in an asynchronous manner with research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure financial realism in real-world scenarios.

• Provide well-structured, transparent, and audit-ready financial analyses that conform to the standards upheld by leading banking and private equity firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant, hands-on experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a prestigious firm (Academic experience is not considered).

• A solid history of transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

• Demonstrated capability to build models independently and clearly articulate underlying assumptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in reviewing technical financial documents.

• Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to work fully remotely and asynchronously.
