Finance Expert – Investment Banking, PE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive financial models from the ground up, including LBOs, DCFs, operating models, and analyses driven by transactions.

• Assess, enhance, and verify AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring precision, logical integrity, and outputs of professional quality.

• Analyze deal-related scenarios, prompts, and deliverables, enhancing clarity, depth, and analytical rigor.

• Work collaboratively in an asynchronous manner with research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure real-world financial relevance.

• Provide structured, transparent, and audit-ready financial analyses that meet the standards upheld by leading banking and private equity firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of direct, on-desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a prestigious firm (Academic experience is not considered).

• A strong history of successfully executing transactions, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

• Demonstrated capability to independently construct models and clearly articulate assumptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to review technical financial documentation.

• Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.
