Finance Expert – Investment Banking, PE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models from the ground up, including LBOs, DCFs, operational models, and analyses based on transactions.

• Assess, enhance, and verify AI-generated financial reasoning to guarantee precision, logical consistency, and outputs of professional quality.

• Analyze deal-related scenarios, prompts, and deliverables, enhancing clarity, depth, and analytical excellence.

• Work collaboratively and asynchronously with research teams to boost AI model performance and ensure realistic financial outcomes.

• Provide organized, transparent, and audit-ready financial analyses that meet the standards of leading banking and private equity firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of direct, on-desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a prestigious firm (Academic experience is not considered).

• Strong history of transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

• Demonstrated capability to independently build models and clearly communicate assumptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in reviewing technical financial content.

• Willingness to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.
