Finance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Assist and provide guidance to clients throughout the implementation of software solutions.

• Perform analysis of requirements, design solutions, execute implementations, conduct testing, and manage rollouts.

• Evaluate and create solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

• Develop software components with a strong emphasis on quality and outcome-oriented solutions.

• Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops.

• Play an active role in AI-driven process automation initiatives.

• Collaborate within a team while also working autonomously and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational training or a degree with a commercial focus.

• A strong interest in IT along with a genuine eagerness to learn about new software solutions.

• Hands-on experience with AI systems.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to engage effectively in direct customer interactions.

• Familiarity with accounting and financial processes.

• Competence in MS Office applications.

• Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level).

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to travel for work commitments.

• Preferred: Experience in a municipal utility or with energy and water providers.

• Preferred: Background in document generation, output management systems (OMS), or form design.
