Finance Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will be integrated with teams throughout the organization — gaining insights into performance drivers, identifying trends early, and assisting in recognizing growth opportunities.

• You will take ownership of the metrics for your areas, which includes ensuring the quality of insights: not merely reporting on past events, but clarifying reasons and transforming insights into actionable business recommendations.

• On a daily basis, this involves constructing financial models and business cases, conducting ad-hoc analyses concerning unit economics and various scenarios, and contributing to forecasts and budgets developed collaboratively with the teams responsible for them. As time progresses, you will become the finance partner that leadership, the board, and investors can depend on.

⛳️ Requirements

• We prioritize mindset over job titles. You are commercially curious, analytically astute, and a clear communicator — someone eager to comprehend the business rather than just report on it.

• You are adept with data, able to identify discrepancies, and know how to convey your findings in straightforward terms to individuals who do not regularly work with spreadsheets.

• You excel in cross-team collaboration, quickly grasp new concepts, and utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency — not as a replacement for critical thinking.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or a related analytical position. Proficient with financial models and business cases. While expertise is not required, having foundational SQL knowledge or a strong desire to learn is essential.

• Familiarity with unit economics such as MRR, LTV, ROAS, retention, and contribution margin is considered an advantage.
