Finance Business Intelligence Developer

📋 Description

• Create reports and dashboards by converting functional requirements into user-friendly, adaptable report and dashboard formats that deliver an engaging user experience.

• Balance the needs of the business with technical viability and manage expectations.

• Perform user research and assess feedback, establishing and advocating for design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

• Stay informed about the latest tools, principles, and industry practices.

• Convey information and narratives through reports and visualizations.

• Communicate effectively and think strategically, writing clearly and speaking comfortably to both peers and superiors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, coupled with a programming background, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science.

• Tech-savvy, analytical, inquisitive, with proven problem-solving abilities.

• 5 years of experience or a strong interest in Data Visualization and User Experience, particularly with Sigma or PowerBI.

• Exceptional analytical and visual storytelling capabilities.

• High levels of self-motivation and a strong focus on delivery.

• Outstanding teamwork and relationship-building skills.

• Minimum experience of 5+ years is highly preferred.

• Top 3 required experiences: Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and SIGMA.
