This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, document, validate, and oversee functional and non-functional requirements.
• Convert business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, functional specifications, and UAT scenarios.
• Oversee product backlogs and assist with sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, release planning, UAT, and defect triage.
• Establish CRM requirements for sales, service, case management, customer journeys, workflows, fields, forms, integrations, security, and reporting.
• Collect BI and Power BI requirements for dashboards, reports, KPIs, analytics, scorecards, data sources, refresh frequency, security, and acceptance criteria.
• Document data requirements, mappings, flows, source systems, integrations, data lineage, validation rules, and data quality needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, CRM consultants, developers, architects, BI developers, data engineers, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Assist in validating CRM enhancements, Power BI dashboards, reports, integrations, data solutions, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience in managing requirements within complex or cross-functional technology environments.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of CRM processes, workflows, business rules, customer journeys, integrations, forms, fields, security, and reporting.
• Experience in gathering requirements for Power BI, BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, analytics, and self-service BI.
• Understanding of data sources, data flows, data mapping, data quality, data lineage, integrations, relational data concepts, and analytical outputs.
• Proficient in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, business rules, and UAT scenarios.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, documentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; English proficiency B2 or higher is preferred.
