Senior BI Analyst, Power BI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create, sustain, and enhance dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI.

• Organize and model data through Power Query and DAX.

• Execute integrations with various sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, APIs, Excel, Azure, etc.

• Guarantee governance, security, and standardization of data and reports.

• Work closely with business units to collect requirements and establish KPIs.

• Assist in defining data architecture and best practices for BI.

• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing for user teams.

• Offer technical guidance for BI projects and mentor junior teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• A postgraduate degree and certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Azure are advantageous.

• Proficiency in Power BI (advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Service, Row-Level Security).

• Experience in dimensional and tabular data modeling.

• Familiarity with SQL, including query writing and optimization.

• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques.

• Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Composer, and Dataform) is a plus.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
