This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports that enable EO leaders and teams to comprehend performance and take informed actions.

• Develop executive dashboards, operational reports, and self-service views for enhanced insights.

• Collaborate with teams throughout EO (chapter operations, member engagement, growth, product teams, etc.) to optimize data usage.

• Assist teams in utilizing consistent, approved data sources whenever feasible to ensure metrics are uniformly established.

• Document key reports currently in use, detailing what exists, who oversees it, and the data it is based on.

• Work closely with fellow analysts and EO’s technology team to guarantee the accuracy and sustainability of reporting.

• Employ AI features adhering to the same standards for accuracy and review as those used for manually created reports.

• Support regular reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) aligned with leadership priorities and standard business definitions.

• Address dashboard and reporting requests following team prioritization protocols.

• Create training materials, quick-reference guides, and walkthroughs to facilitate independent reporting usage.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, showcasing proficiency in dashboard and report delivery.

• Proficient in at least one major BI platform (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar), including data connections and calculated logic.

• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and report development.

• Experience in designing reports for various audience types (executive, operational, and self-service).

• Capability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and deliver effective reporting solutions.

• Strong attention to detail in validation, documentation, and publication standards.

• Experience in nonprofit, membership, or association settings.

• Background in supporting both centralized BI and team-managed reporting (including spreadsheets or custom tools).

• Experience assisting business users in adopting shared templates or data connections.

• Familiarity with AI features in BI tools and structured review processes prior to publication.

• Background in user experience or information design.

• Experience with multi-region or global reporting.

• Exposure to chapter operations, member engagement, or product reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information systems, design, or a related discipline.
