This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct precise and timely data entry into MYOB and various financial or operational systems.
• Set up and manage recurring transactions within the MYOB accounting platform.
• Keep accurate financial records, supporting documentation, and contract files.
• Purchase, reconcile, and manage housekeeping vouchers in line with organizational policies and procedures.
• Assist with regular finance administration and accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on overdue invoices, claims, approvals, and payments.
• Aid the Finance team in tracking and following up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely revenue collection.
• Verify that financial documentation is complete, correct, and properly maintained.
• Support reconciliations and other routine financial operations.
• Oversee, manage, and respond to shared Finance email inboxes.
• Ensure inquiries are appropriately assigned, monitored, and addressed within required timeframes.
• Follow up with stakeholders to secure signed agreements and other necessary documentation.
• Keep complete and current contractual and financial records.
• Identify chances to enhance finance administration processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Finance team.
• Support additional finance-related tasks and projects as needed.
• Over 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Finance Administration, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience using MYOB for daily financial and accounting operations — required.
• Familiarity with Australian accounting and finance practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when managing financial data and documentation.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience managing shared inboxes and addressing or triaging finance-related inquiries.
• Ability to professionally follow up with stakeholders regarding invoices, payments, approvals, claims, and documentation.
• Capacity to maintain precise financial records and handle confidential information.
• Strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the Finance team.
• Knowledge or experience with NDIS is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Australian taxation principles and ATO requirements is highly desirable.
• Experience providing support to an Australian organization or Finance team is strongly preferred.
