Finance Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately process global supplier invoices in a timely manner.

• Conduct 3-way matching of purchase orders, item receipts, and supplier invoices.

• Oversee multi-currency payment runs and supplier reconciliations.

• Handle corporate card expenses and reimbursements.

• Reconcile incoming cash receipts against invoices.

• Monitor supplier statements and assist with follow-up on aged receivables.

• Investigate and resolve queries from suppliers and customers.

• Aid in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial, sales, and management reports.

• Contribute to reporting process enhancements and maintain accurate finance master data.

• Support month-end closing activities, including bank and corporate card reconciliations.

• Assist with various ad-hoc finance projects.

• Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

• Help with cash flow reporting and other accounting tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance position.

• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.

• Comfortable working with global stakeholders.

• Must disclose any ongoing roles or client engagements.

• Engagement must be reflected on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”
