Finance and Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial systems (such as ERP), with an emphasis on customer project setups, billing assistance, and project/portfolio analytics.

• Contribute to the development and validation of Project Financial reports.

• Create customer accounts within the ERP system.

• Establish customer projects in ERP and provide support for billing and accounting.

• Maintain all necessary data migration templates to convert customer contracts into project structures and budgets within the ERP.

• Resolve ERP process and data issues in collaboration with Financial Analysts.

• Validate Project Finance reports as assigned.

• Confirm enhancements made to the ERP system.

• Lead data import procedures as needed.

• Manage corrections to Cost Schedule assignments.

• Exhibit expertise in systems management to optimize processes and ensure accuracy in project-related tasks.

• Assist customer projects with a particular focus on project finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent local education in finance, business, or a related field.

• Proficient in financial analysis tools/software.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or a related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for North America or equivalent local qualification (Preferred).

• Experience in the CRO industry, specifically in Project Finance (Preferred).

• Familiarity with QuickBooks (Preferred).
