Finance and Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the reporting function across finance, marketing, and overall business performance.

• Ensure the accuracy of financial records while generating reports that assist the organization in understanding revenue sources.

• Track the performance of marketing campaigns and pinpoint opportunities to enhance profitability.

• Integrate financial reporting, CRM insights, and marketing analytics to furnish the leadership team with a comprehensive view of business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping, finance reporting, management reporting, or business analysis.

• Solid grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting methodologies.

• Proven experience in creating business performance reports and dashboards.

• Familiarity with analyzing marketing performance data.

• Knowledge of Meta Ads reporting and digital marketing metrics.

• Experience with CRM systems, ideally GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Experience with subscription-based business models.

• Understanding of customer churn and retention metrics.

• Experience with marketing attribution and funnel reporting.

• Background in building dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with automating reports using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
