Finance Analyst Mid – Reconciliation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reconcile premium, commissions, open receivables, and other policy specifics at the policy level between Arch’s systems and the MGA’s systems.

• Create exhibits that summarize the various reconciling discrepancies along with their explanations.

• Maintain detailed records at the policy level that reflect the summarized discrepancies.

• Monitor and categorize differences over time.

• Collaborate with the program accountant, Arch underwriter, Arch IT, and MGA to address unresolved discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Experience with financial systems.

• Background in accounting.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and precision.

• Practical knowledge of financial systems.
