Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Accounting team with month-end closing procedures and reserve management.

• Generate and uphold customer reports along with aging analyses.

• Oversee the intake of disputes and monitor issues until they are resolved.

• Collaborate with the Contract and Legal departments regarding contractual disputes.

• Work alongside Service Delivery teams to address disputes related to design and delivery.

• Partner with Sales to tackle financial concerns raised by customers.

• Execute dispute resolutions and manage applicable customer credits.

• Engage in dispute and collection discussions with customers.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to guarantee prompt follow-up and resolution of issues.

• Assist in maintaining precise records and reporting concerning customer account activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.

• A minimum of 1–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting is necessary.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and the analysis of financial statements.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to communicate and negotiate with diverse internal and external parties.

• Strong skills in management, planning, organization, decision-making, interpersonal relations, analysis, and lateral thinking.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to perform the required physical tasks and meet the audio-visual demands of the position.

• Experience with using computers, printers, fax machines, telephones, basic office supplies, and copiers.
