Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive reports, analyze financial data to support various projects, and deliver presentations to SAIC management as necessary.

• Conduct analysis and reconciliation of cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbilled amounts, and costs on hold regularly.

• Engage in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly projections, and the latest monthly revised estimates.

• Assist with additional ad hoc requests as required by management.

• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives related to finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with three (3) years or more of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with one year of relevant experience.

• Preference for a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field.

• Knowledge of financial management principles.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with government contracting and contract types (such as CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.) is advantageous.

• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work with minimal supervision, and ensure consistent follow-through.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including the use of VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables.

• Preferred working knowledge of CostPoint, Power BI, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Cognos Workspace Advanced.
