Figma Design Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary lead during the migration process

• Assist in defining the strategy and execution plan

• Collaborate with additional designers, a design system manager, engineering teams, and Figma support

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Figma along with token-level knowledge

• Solid understanding of design tokens, shared libraries, and cascading properties

• Excellent communication skills and seniority

• Capacity to assess, estimate effort, and provide advice on migration

• Experience in design systems

• Proficiency in components, patterns, and scalable UI systems

• 7–10 years of relevant experience (senior-level position)

• Background in design systems (either building or influencing them)

• Critical knowledge of tokenization

• Familiarity with shared libraries in Figma

• Open to various industry backgrounds

• Figma migration experience (beneficial but not mandatory)

• Familiarity with the Token Studio tool (helpful but not essential)

• Bonus: knowledge of backend/development (development support is available)

• Experience with GitHub-supported token workflows
