Field/Application Engineer – Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• On-site installation, configuration, and go-live of robotics systems at customer facilities.

• Provide support during commissioning, go-live, and the initial stages of productive operations.

• Facilitate customer training sessions and handovers to operational teams.

• Document setups, technical specifications, and unresolved issues.

• Analyze and resolve technical challenges during ongoing operations.

• Offer continued support and assistance with maintenance and service-related matters.

• Troubleshoot hardware, interface, and system-related issues.

• Escalate technical problems to vendors and internal teams as necessary.

• Gather feedback from field experiences to enhance deployment and support processes.

• Contribute to the creation of standards, checklists, and best practices for customer projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical background in mechatronics, electronics, automation, or related disciplines.

• Practical experience with hardware systems, technical installations, or service interventions.

• Experience in the installation or servicing of technical systems.

• Proficiency in German and basic English language skills.

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and well-developed troubleshooting skills.

• A practical, reliable, and structured approach to work.

• Strong customer orientation and effective communication in technical scenarios.

• A sense of responsibility and a commitment to resolving issues thoroughly.
