Field Visual Manager – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing Visual Merchandising expertise and capabilities at the Store Leadership and District Manager levels.

• Provide an engaging customer experience across all retail locations.

• Work in partnership with Store Leadership teams to instruct, demonstrate, guide, and implement advanced presentation strategies within the division.

• Enhance the visual merchandising skills and capabilities of District Managers and Store teams.

• Share effective practices for executing and maintaining floor sets.

• Develop an Individual Development Plan that emphasizes building Visual Merchandising skills.

• Conduct impactful store visits with store and field leadership as well as cross-functional home office partners.

• Lead, train, motivate, and inspire Field Leadership through engaging Learning Labs.

• Foster accountability with Store Leadership teams to comprehend and utilize Visual Merchandising to optimize overall business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 7 years of experience managing intricate creative projects.

• Demonstrated ability to create, interpret, and execute Visual Merchandising concepts.

• Strong influencing skills.

• Exceptional collaboration abilities.

• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.

• Experience in leading, developing, and motivating talent.

• Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications: MS Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
