
Field Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver both on-site and virtual training sessions for local businesses
• Collaborate closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to achieve targeted performance results
• Educate employees on the functionalities of WISE, WinZone, and Winreports
• Have the expertise to train new presidents/managers and staff on various subjects, including WISE features and reports, such as A Day’s Work in a Day (ADWIAD)
• Assist local companies in organizing and/or setting up WISE data
• Execute a variety of follow-up training activities with recently engaged local companies
• Take part in in-person training events like Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions
• Produce training help videos and supply supporting help documentation
• Create, manage, and follow up on help tickets for end users until their issues are resolved
• Regularly collaborate with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various initiatives
• Offer conceptual and strategic advice to local companies
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the wholesale distribution sector
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and ownership in all responsibilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing the WISE ERP system
• Opportunity to work remotely and travel up to 50% of the time
