Field Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions for local businesses

• Educate employees on the functionalities of WISE, WinZone, and Winreports

• Engage in face-to-face training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions

• Create, manage, and track help tickets for end users until their concerns are addressed

• Offer conceptual and strategic advice to local enterprises

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the wholesale distribution sector

• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and accountability in all responsibilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team

• Adaptable to a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
