Field Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver training sessions both on-site and virtually for local businesses.

• Educate staff on the features of WISE, WinZone, and Winreports.

• Create, manage, and monitor help tickets for end users until their issues are fully resolved.

• Collaborate regularly with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on diverse projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the wholesale distribution sector.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work independently or as a collaborative team member.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
