Field Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver both in-person and online training sessions for local businesses

• Instruct employees on the functionalities of WISE, WinZone, and Winreports

• Collaborate with local companies to organize and/or configure WISE data

• Generate, manage, and track help tickets for end users until their concerns are addressed

• Over 3 years of experience in the wholesale distribution sector

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
