Field Trainer/Retail Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Training and coaching of store staff on Microsoft products and services.

• Conducting store visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel and management.

• Ensuring visibility and execution of Microsoft's products in retail locations.

• Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.

• Organizing training events and participating in fairs and exhibitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably within IT, consumer electronics, or technology.

• Residing in the Copenhagen area and enjoying working in the field, visiting stores, and building relationships.

• Comfortable presenting to groups and appearing on camera when necessary.

• Experience in training, coaching, or supporting others in a professional environment.

• Strong communicator with the ability to build good relationships.

• Independent, structured, and motivated by achieving results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English.

• Valid driver's license.
