This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct hydrocarbon fugitive emission and leak detection assessments at facilities within the Oil and Gas sector.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to identify and measure methane gas emissions.
• Assist in planning and navigating to different facilities using maps and GPS tools.
• Support the calibration and upkeep of equipment.
• Employ a range of detection and measurement technologies.
• Gather and document emission data accurately.
• Generate field reports as necessary.
• Background in the Oil and Gas industry, with preference for those experienced in natural gas processing or transmission facilities.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with the Android operating system.
• Capacity to work 12-hour shifts, specifically during daytime hours.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Capability to walk and/or stand while carrying various technical equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights safely on occasion.
• Competence to lift weights of up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Proficiency in climbing ladders and stairs.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
