Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute all tasks assigned for work orders in alignment with Company policies and the vision of PURE HomeRiver.

• Travel to properties promptly to conduct various property evaluations, including new property assessments, move-out inspections, occupied property checks, and vacant property assessments within specified deadlines.

• Ability to travel within set timeframes to inspect and document property conditions while identifying necessary repairs.

• Proficient in using computers and smartphone-based applications for dispatching and email communication.

• Available to travel to properties for fieldwork immediately upon request from the property management team.

• Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds, climbing ladders and stairs, walking, bending, reaching, and performing other physical tasks as required to complete assigned responsibilities.

• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other gatherings as directed by management.

• Provide assistance with administrative tasks in the office as needed.

• Adhere to safety standards that comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal regulations.

• Stay informed of state, local, and federal fair housing laws.

• Wear a PURE HomeRiver-approved uniform and uphold a professional appearance.

• Carry out additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• General knowledge of maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

• Experience in residential property management.

• Reliable transportation for daily work responsibilities.

• Hospitality or Customer Service experience is preferred.
