This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver assistance to clients for the installation, upkeep, and restoration of medical imaging systems (MR, CT, etc.)
• Support customers during the setup of new equipment
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on the existing equipment, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment-related issues
• Work collaboratively with team members to address complex technical challenges
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
• A diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or Biomedical Engineering Technology
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the maintenance of medical equipment or other relevant equipment
• Proficiency in electrical engineering, electronics, radio engineering, and mechanics
• Understanding of the physics of magnetic fields, X-rays, and ultrasound
• Familiarity with the technical specifications, design details, functions, and operational modes of the equipment
• Strong technical skills with a methodical and thorough approach to problem-solving
• Ability to effectively plan and organize work tasks
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills
• Proficient English language skills are essential for the position.
