This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Excel in generating demand by showcasing expertise and employing solutions selling techniques to meet sales targets.

• Forge enduring relationships with a diverse array of ASC-ES, contractors, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

• Identify, showcase, and promote optimal ASC-ES product solutions tailored for specific end-user applications across various clients.

• Collaborate with the distribution-facing sales team at ASC-ES to ensure sales closure, enhance product placement, and achieve sales goals.

• Generate new contractor and project leads for the ASC-ES Pipeline.

• Cultivate expertise and train key decision-makers and users to secure company-wide endorsement for ASC-ES products.

• Serve as the primary advocate for the successful introduction of new ASC-ES products within your area of expertise.

• Engage with local trade organizations and associations to harness contractor relationships for demand generation.

• Act as the product team’s eyes and ears, providing insights on field activity from distributors, contractors, and competitors in your area of expertise.

• Embrace and demonstrate proficiency in sales technology such as CRM, Tableau, and Dodge reporting.

• Gain knowledge of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools and their significance in promoting ASC-ES products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, ideally within the PVF industry.

• Self-motivated and driven.

• Possess a positive, can-do attitude.

• Competitive team player.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Consistently projects confidence and a professional demeanor.

• Naturally engaging, able to converse easily with others.

• Maintains composure in conflicts or under pressure.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.


🏝️ Benefits

• The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually.

• This salary range represents a reasonable estimate of compensation for this role. ASC Engineered Solutions considers additional factors such as education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, industry knowledge, and the responsibilities of the position, alongside market considerations.
