This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Excel in generating demand by effectively showcasing expertise and solution-based selling to meet sales targets.
• Foster enduring relationships across a diverse array of ASC-ES, contractors, engineers, representative agencies, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify, demonstrate, and advocate for the most suitable ASC-ES product solutions tailored to specific end-user applications for various clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team facing representative agencies to ensure closure of sales, enhance product placement, and meet sales objectives.
• Cultivate a pipeline of new contractor and project prospects for the comprehensive range of ASC-ES product lines.
• Establish expertise and provide training for key decision-makers and users to secure company-wide endorsement of ASC-ES products.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the successful launch of new ASC-ES products.
• Engage with local trade organizations and associations to leverage contractor relationships for generating demand.
• Act as the product team’s point of contact for insights regarding field activities from contractors, engineers, and competitors.
• Embrace and effectively use sales technology including CRM, Power BI, and the Microsoft Suite of products.
• Acquire knowledge about and promote the use of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools and their significance in ASC-ES sales.
• Allocate time as follows: 70% Contractor / 10% Engineer / 10% Distribution / 10% Administrative.
• Manage deliverables within the confines of the annual expense budget.
• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably within the PVF industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
