Field Solution Architect II – Red Hat

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and Architecture of Solutions: Convert customer needs into scalable, multi-vendor solutions that align with business goals.

• Support for Pre-Sales and Partner Success: Facilitate technical discussions regarding product capabilities, sizing, deployment, and integration.

• Provision of Technical Expertise: Create and deliver engaging demos, proof-of-concepts, and tailored use-case presentations.

• Promotion of Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and solution centers to improve offerings.

• Troubleshooting and Escalation: Analyze complex technical issues and assist with escalations through hands-on investigation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.

• In-depth knowledge of data center technologies, servers, virtualization, and automation platforms.

• Proven expertise in Red Hat Virtualization and Automation (preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in designing and supporting multi-vendor technology solutions.

• Advanced certifications in relevant technologies or from recognized vendors.
