Field Service Technician, Region Gera/Zeitz

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Carry out the commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators.

• Offer service-oriented guidance to our clients from heating companies, both via phone and on-site, to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assist colleagues in technical field service across a broad deployment area.

• Participate in on-call duties with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

• Play a role in developing sustainable energy solutions through the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC systems mechanic/Anlagenmechaniker SHK, refrigeration mechatronics technician/Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, electrical technician for energy and building systems/Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, or electrician/electrical installer).

• Ideally possess further qualifications as a master craftsman (Meister) or certified technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation.

• F-gas/refrigerant handling certificate — Category 1 is required.

• F-gas/refrigerant handling certificate — Category 2 is a plus.

• Valid driver's license (Class B).

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

• Technical skills and a keen interest in heating solutions.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Willingness to travel.
