Field Service Technician – Meßkirch Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Executing the commissioning and maintenance of our heat pump systems for end customers and plant operators.

• Offering service-oriented guidance to our clients and heating company customers both via phone and in person to ensure their satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in the technical field service within the broader scope of your service area.

• Engaging in on-call duty aimed at providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as heating/plumbing technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrical installer; additional qualifications as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician are advantageous.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation systems.

• Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is beneficial.

• A valid driving license of class B.

• Proficient written and spoken skills in German.
