Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment solutions at various customer facilities.

• Schedule tasks at customer job sites.

• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively.

• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergency services as needed.

• Engage in continuous learning, including customer operational processes, packaging designs, and technical specifications.

• Install Packsize solutions and provide training for others on usage and maintenance.

• Carry out basic clerical and administrative tasks.

• Adhere to all Packsize and customer safety protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Familiarity with Windows platforms.

• Proficient use of hand tools.

• Understanding of mechanical systems.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic experience with Microsoft (Excel, Word) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) is beneficial, but not mandatory.

• Associate's Degree, Vocational Training, or equivalent experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
