This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Carry out commissioning and maintenance tasks at client locations

• Offer service-oriented guidance to our clients both over the phone and on-site

• Assist colleagues in the technical field service

• Undertake on-call responsibilities to support customers as promptly as possible

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician with a focus on refrigeration technology

• Relevant experience in customer or field service roles

• Familiarity with the design and functionality of heat pumps

• Valid Class B driver’s license

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written

• Willingness to travel as needed
