Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provides mechanical and electrical assistance at customer locations for the diagnosis and repair of intricate and advanced products.

• Responsible for the commissioning of equipment and the coordination of schedules between vendors and customers.

• Set up, adjust, and operate sophisticated testing equipment to identify the nature of issues.

• Maintain thorough and precise records of time spent on travel and on-site activities.

• Carry out mechanical repairs of equipment alongside electrical repairs.

• Responsible for the installation of machinery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required, along with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.

• An Associate degree in mechanics or electronics is preferred.
