Mission Critical BAS/BMS Master Field Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the commissioning and optimization of sophisticated Building Automation Systems (BAS) for HVAC, lighting, and energy management.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical and integration challenges across various platforms (WebCTRL®, Niagara, Schneider, Honeywell).

• Integrate external systems utilizing BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks protocols.

• Set up controls, trends, alarms, and reports; oversee secure network connections.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.

• Conduct customer training sessions and ensure systems operate as promised.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field.

• Ability to climb ladders or operate lift equipment at heights exceeding 8 feet.

• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50lbs.

• Must possess a valid and current Driver’s License that can be insured by the company’s insurance.

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Technical/Business School Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Proficient in advanced building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and in the installation of building automation controls.

• Skilled in navigating and integrating various building automation systems.

• Expertise in TCP/IP networks, including wireless technologies.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
