This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Engaging directly with our clients for service calls.

• Conducting field service operations.

• Collecting data efficiently.

• Providing comprehensive support for all issues related to paper machine clothing.

• Executing shutdown services pertaining to paper machine clothing across all sections of the paper machine.

• Assisting during clothing installations.

• Carrying out inspections and services between clothing installations.

• Performing minor equipment and inventory audits that uphold our customer contracts and agreements.

• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Sales, and Technology specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience and/or training, preferably within the paper industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A strong understanding of paper machine clothing is preferred, but willing to provide training for candidates with the right background and eagerness to learn.

• Strong troubleshooting skills are essential.

• Travel to customer sites is required.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
