Field Service Technician, Low-Voltage Switchgear

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, service, repair, and commission low-voltage switchgear and associated products throughout Germany.

• Work in close collaboration with construction managers, assemblers, switchgear technicians, and clients.

• Maintain, repair, and service energy technology products.

• Conduct safe and timely energization following maintenance or troubleshooting activities.

• Make modifications to switchgear products as necessary.

• Adhere to relevant safety regulations in daily operations.

• Create work records, maintenance reports, documentation, procedures, and specifications.

• Provide training to customer personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician or as an energy/power electronics technician.

• Familiarity with switchgear construction is a plus.

• Willingness to embrace new products and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.

• Ideally possess initial professional experience within the energy technology sector.

• Proficient in German and possess good English skills, both spoken and written.

• A flexible and assertive personality with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong customer focus.

• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
