Field Service Technician – Leipzig Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and plant operators.

• Offer service-oriented guidance to our clients from heating companies both via phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area of your assignment.

• Take on on-call responsibilities to provide prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as plant mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electrician for energy and building services, or electrical installer; further training as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician is preferable.

• Professional experience in field service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC/ventilation technology.

• Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; having Category 2 is a plus.

• Valid Class B driving license.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.
