Field Service Technician – Installation & Repair – Windows and Doors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Execute complex field diagnostics, repairs, and installations of windows and doors.

• Perform water tests in accordance with company standards.

• Organize and manage jobs that require the collaboration of two or more technicians.

• Professionally address and resolve warranty or service concerns.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams.

• Travel daily within the assigned territory, with potential for overnight travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• AAMA Installation Training certification is preferred.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to successfully pass an MVR check.

• 3–5 years of experience in general construction or building material installation is preferred.

• 3–5 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience is also preferred.

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.

• Capable of conducting advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintaining documentation.

• Strong knowledge of installation practices for windows and doors.
