This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various pipeline-related equipment at customer locations in line with established procedures and guidelines.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Function independently within the established procedures pertinent to the specific job role.
• Report directly to the Field Services Manager.
• Provide oversight to customers and pipeline construction contractors assigned to each pipeline pigging system installation, operations maintenance, and required training.
• Maintain frequent contact with customers and other personnel.
• Assist in training level I & II technicians on troubleshooting and repairing units, ensuring repairs are completed safely and promptly.
• Collaborate with level III technicians to ensure all materials necessary for operations and repairs are ordered accurately.
• Manage individual projects.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of PLC systems concerning wiring and troubleshooting PLC issues.
• Commission pigging systems to bring them into service and conduct field acceptance tests (FAT) to verify system performance.
• Aid in identifying new opportunities for the company to broaden its service offerings.
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved satisfactorily by utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed.
• Oversee in-field pipeline assembly and fabrication of temporary and permanent pigging facilities as stipulated by the service agreement.
• Provide training for customer operations personnel on launcher and receiving pigs, the operation of the pigging system, and troubleshooting the pigging system.
• Maintain DOT Operator Qualification task requirements to work on regulated pipeline systems.
• Offer design support for the installation of automated pigging systems or retrofitting existing systems with automation to pipeline operators.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on customer-owned launcher/receiver systems to ensure operational efficiency and extend the service life of the pigging system.
• Keep daily operating reports for equipment used on customer projects.
• Complete and submit weekly expense and timesheet reports as scheduled.
• Ensure maintenance of pipeline pigging equipment is completed and documented to develop pigging reports for customers.
• Navigate online files such as F & O-Drive to accurately locate parts and drawings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of industry/work-related experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Software.

• Maintain a safe driving record.
