Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Service electromechanical devices such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within a designated region.

• Conduct maintenance repairs and system overhauls.

• Oversee network faults and traffic, including configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Organize and prioritize customer issues while proactively addressing problems.

• Engage with customers in a transparent, supportive, and interactive manner to identify the best solutions.

• Serve as a first-line response representative and ambassador for the NCR Atleos brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate from the specific geographic area.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age of 19 years.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronics, and familiar with operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to travel for extended periods, driving several hours a day.

• Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work.

• Ability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Capable of bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, using hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects.

• Preferred: knowledge of large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.

• Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification.

• Preferred: at least one year of relevant experience.

• Successful completion of applicable employment screening criteria.
