Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance tasks, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Maintain and service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within a designated area.

• Carry out maintenance repairs and system overhauls.

• Oversee network issues, including traffic management, configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Organize and prioritize customer concerns, proactively resolving issues before they escalate.

• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful, and engaging manner.

• Provide solutions that foster long-lasting customer relationships.

• Travel frequently and drive several hours daily within the assigned territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate within the specified geographic area.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age of 19 years.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic knowledge, and familiar with operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to travel for extended periods and drive several hours daily.

• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.

• Ability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. unaided.

• Capable of bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and manipulating objects of various sizes repetitively.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software is preferred.

• A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification is preferred.

• One or more years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Successful completion of applicable employment screening criteria is required.
